Last weekend, I had the privilege of spending three times with exceptionally motivated, hardworking, and inspirational travel authors for our TravelContentCon escape occasion. We discussed methods to pursue articles promotion by positioning yourself as a strategist designing user-generated-content funnels and campaigns for its Instagrams of recognized tour companies. Among the most amazing things about these retreats, but also working together with travel writers generally, is the material whenever I teach or coach is totally different every time, as you have various backgrounds, destinations that you understand nicely, and ideas to what travel writing you’d most like doing. We shot our first 3 sessions on the very top of the Catskill’s famous Sam’s Point watch as we researched what material advertising means now, and that is when the magic started.

One of the really amazing things about these retreats, but also working with travel writers in general, is that the content every time I teach or coach is completely different each time, as you all have different backgrounds, destinations you know well, and ideas for what travel writing you would most enjoy doing.
